We provide cloud infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, and managed services as described
on our website.

3. Account Registration

• You must be 18+ to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security of account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses:

• Lawful business operations
• Web applications and services
• Development and testing
• Data storage and processing

Prohibited Uses:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spamming or phishing
• Cryptocurrency mining (without explicit approval)
• Network attacks or security breaches
• Child abuse material (zero tolerance)
• Intellectual property infringement

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• 99.999% uptime guarantee for production services
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA
• Excludes scheduled maintenance and customer-caused issues

6. Payment Terms

• Hourly billing, billed monthly
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Automatic payment via credit card or bank transfer
• Unpaid accounts suspended after 30 days

7. Data and Privacy

• You retain all rights to your data
• We process data as outlined in Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for backups
• Data deletion upon account termination (30-day grace period)

8. Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to platform and software
• You retain all rights to your content
• License to use platform for service provision

9. Liability and Disclaimers

• Services provided “as is”
• Liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months
• No liability for indirect, consequential damages
• You are responsible for your data and backups

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Data available for 30 days post-termination
• Outstanding fees remain due

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes resolved in Frankfurt courts.
